Weka
It's best to get a Subversion snapshot, since the
modifications are (normally) based on the Subversion
version of the day the code was released.
The code is always based on the trunk of the
weka repository.
If available, use the Subversion revision tag to obtain
the correct code basis (normally mentioned in the news
item that announces the download).

Weka Modifications/Add-ons
Just unpack the modifications onto the source code you
obtained from the Weka homepage and compile it.
You can use the Weka ANT build file ("weka/build.xml")
for that purpose.
The property file(s) in the props-archive have to be
copied to the user's home directory.
