I am currently studying part-time toward a PhD in Computer Science (supervisor: Prof. Apperley), while a full-time lecturer in Computer Graphic Design. My current research focus is on developing an understanding of the cognitive effect of visual images on the ideation process of graphic designers, with a view to better supporting design practice.
